The NASSPHIL Organizers hold a 2nd NASSPHIL Congress on the topic "Teacher Empowerment: Shared Governance, Share Responsibility" at El Grande Resort, Iloilo City last November 20-22, 2009 which was attended by Sir Ariel and Mrs. Lina Gabino.
It was such a privilege for me again to be part of the NASSPHIL Congress. I realized how important the learners of today's generation be nurtured in their wholistic personalities against the problems of our country nowadays. It is a challenge and a call for us educators.
