Another Wish List Granted!
A MUCH HAPPY SURPRISE TO US when Tapulanga Foundation received an email from one of the donors saying that her boyfriend wants to donate a laptop to the teachers of St. Francis of Assisi School of Silay City!
And thank you as well for a new printer for our Computer laboratory, a much needed equipment as well in school as we only have 2 printers right now, with more than 20 teachers and staff using to print their weekly lesson plans and reports and more than 150 students using to print school reports.
for donating a laptop of which our school principal is using
and shares with other teachers as well.

SFAS Market Day
A new program this school year was launched: SFAS Market Day every month (either on the 15th or 30th of the month) last September 15, 2010. Parents brought their produce to school in the afternoon and sell; other parents, faculty and staff are encouraged to do their "marketing" of vegetables, fruits, fish and meal in school. It is "cheaper!" The next market say is on Oct. 29, 2010 at 3:00 p.m.
