Faculty and Staff Year-End Outing

The faculty and staff of St. Francis of Assisi School of Silay City had the perfect time to unwind and relax after another busy school year. It was not only a chance for them to strengthen their bond as co-workers but it was also a time to say goodbye to some teachers who were moving on.

They had their year-end outing at the Mambukal Mountain Resort last April 5-6, 2013.

SFAS Summer Girls Volleyball Camp

It's another way to beat the summer heat. Twenty-two girls of St. Francis of Assisi School learn their basic volleyball skills from coaches Jomar Eguid and Joevanie Buenafe.

The girls also get to learn the history, violations, and the rules and regulations of volleyball. The training starts 8 o'clock in the morning and ends 12 noon. The volleyball camp started in April 1 and will end on April  26, 2013.

SFAS Boys and Girls Soccer Camp

The students of St. Francis of Assisi School will try and kick the heat this summer with the help of coaches Conrado III and Wilbert Villan.

Eighteen boys and girls, ages 9 to 12, while learning basic soccer skills every morning at the SFAS soccer field from April 1 to 26, 2013, are also having so much fun running and kicking ball!

Thanks to Tapulanga Foundation for sponsoring the registration fee of most of the kids in the camp!
